How do I get started?

All clients are automatically included in the program. This is a complimentary program and is presented as a courtesy to all of our clients with no obligation. Members of our Better Health Club Wellness Membership program earn increased loyalty points over non-members.

How do I earn points?

1,000 points = $10.00

What do I get for my points?

Loyalty points can be applied to services.

How many points do I have?

Your loyalty point balance is included on your receipt or, you may go online and log into your account within our software.

How do I redeem my points?

Loyalty points can be redeemed whenever you’re ready, as soon as you have accumulated 1,000 points. A maximum of 2,000 points can be redeemed per visit.

Terms:

Loyalty points may not be combined with other promotions, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be used to purchase products, gift certificates, cover taxes or gratuity. They may not be redeemed online. A maximum of 2,000 points may be used per visit, with redemption increments of 1,000 points. Points may not be shared or distributed. Each client accumulates points separately. Sharing members of BHC memberships do not accumulate loyalty points. Points for purchases are approximated and are based upon dollars spent.
